Multi Electric Mfg. was founded in 1917 as a manufacturer of lighting equipment and accessories. In the early 1950s, it began specializing in airport ground lighting and has since established long-lasting relationships with various government and federal agencies, including the FAA, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy.
Its equipment can be found on aircraft carriers, civilian airfields, and military bases. Today Multi Electric offers LED airfield manufacturing in the U.S.
